The teachings offered by the International Taoist Tai Chi Society and its member organization the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism are largely transmitted by an oral tradition. However, it is hoped that the contents of this volume will provide some helpful background and reference materials for those who are interested in this path of training for the body and mind.

This book is a compilation of some of the teachings of Master Moy Lin-shin, founder of the International Taoist Tai Chi Society, as given during the 1980s and 1990s. The materials in Part I cover Master Moy´s talks during a 1987 gathering of interested members of the Society that took place at the International Taoist Tai Chi Centre in Orangeville, Ontario. It includes translations of Taoist scriptures and discussions on Taoist Tai Chi internal arts and methods and the psysiology of the human body. Part II consists of additional Taoist scriptures plus an article about the overall training path. Part III provides an overview of some of the deities and immortals that are important in this tradition.
